By default, ghost will install the main language as English for your site (en). You need to change the language to use.
Set the main language for the site
Go to Settings > General > Publication Language and change the language en to your language.

Not done yet, you need to change Portal's default language to Vietnamese.
Go to Settings > Labs and turn on Portal translation to let ghost automatically change the language for email and portal according to the main language you installed above.
